Never heard of 'em. Himposters.
I just had the most delicious breakfast - just porridge - but with rice flakes, rolled oats, quinoa flakes, wheat germ, barley flakes, rye flakes, and linseed meal. Well, the barley and rye were from a packaged breakfast thing with oats, but it tasted so delicious with honey and vanilla soy milk. I am getting to like a lot of what I'm eating, and I am getting used to adding no salt. Unfortunately, most bread has far too much, so I'm getting quite a bit anyway. Still, it's an awful lot less than I was eating. I may even start to lose weight if I persist. You don't see many fat vegans. I'm not vegan, really, because I'm eating honey. But I am seriously starting to feel a bit better. I just need to increase my exercise.
Why, I might even walk around Australia with you, Mikey. I have a couple of days to spare.
OMG, You is doing so gud, your eating much healthier stuff than me, i fall pray to "biscuits" cake, and the odd piece of chocie, you must be really proud of yourself i would be, I got myself down to riding weight 11 1/2 stone then gave up smoking and went up to 14 stone, So i need to start eating healthy again too. :O)
I had a massive bowl of veggie soup, with just about everything in it - flavouring with herbs is a bit bland, but I'm getting used to it. Must have swede and turnip to give it more flavour. I didn't do that last time. That was tea. But then I was a bit bad. I had made a cornflour custard with soy milk - no sugar, but concentrated applejuice (you get used to the taste) - and I sat down and had a pig-out. I enjoyed it, though! LOL I see the heart guy on Tuesday - they changed the date - so I hope he CARES that I am being good. If he doesn't, I'll smack him around the ears.
Just smack him around the ears first, then say, Now lets start as we mean to carry on, You hurt me, and you know i will hurt you,,, but remember to smile when you say it, I think you is doing great anyway, you know yourself you are doing well, its hard to stop eating the things that taste good and to replace them with things that are healthy, I hold my hands up today i had sunday dinner at my daughters and it was beautiful couple of pounds on, walk tomorrow and my guilt will float away like a toasted mallow mmmmm....
Have a look at this place, i only just found the place hiding away in the Welsh mountains, wilderness and wildness side by side its beautiful, fantastic photo opportunities, just lovely, if anyone is not too far away then take a look well worth the time.

I love the house! How quaint! And what a lovely spot. I hate you because I am now jealous.
Oh its beautiful, so peaceful, you can look around the house for the small fee of £2.00 bargain aint it ...
Well, I'd certainly pay it. That's the thing with Britain - so much history and wonderful buildings.
We have, we got everything over here, so much to look at, England/Scotland/Wales is full to the brim with history, castles and moat n baileys every where.. we is lucky ok...
And we are full to the brim with blowflies and poisonous things.
WHOOOOOOOOSH! Whats going on with the downloads then,,,funny goings on me thinks??
Have you had a lot?
A few, but sometimes downloads like this are not good news, seen it before, a week down the line and up pops a sight selling our images... Tell you now dezzie for nuffink, i,ll buy mine back?
You're right, of course. I sometimes think I'll take all my images off and get on with life and not worry about this. I would miss my friends, though. I'd have to come back and annoy people.
WHAT!! WHY!! NO! no no no, you mustn't do that, just think of your friends,,,stuff your friends think of me, it'll be all dark n lonely in here, only a few talk to me because they think i,m mad, only you dezzie understands that it is indeed that i am a artiste and not really very mad at all much ...
