When I shop online, I see a lot of stuff I would like to have but just can't click the purchase button on everything I want. So I put it on the store's 'Wish List' so I can come back to it when I do decide to buy.
What is on your "Wish List"? Camera, tools, boat, house, sunglasses, car...?
I found this table saw I need for cutting wide boards. It doesn't take up much space and is within the budget. I can get it locally too.

That's what I want, only in white. If anyone wants to buy one for me...
I got the saw! Bought the model up from it at the same price.
Scratch that one off the list :)
Now I have to learn how to use it!
Now I want this Wilton WMH63245 78C, Pivot Jaw Woodworkers Vise
I have always liked Wilton vises. They are the best. Expensive though.

Wow Chris! All for picture frames and boxes? But please try don't to hurt yourself again as by sharpening the cutting chisels and blades ;-)
Thats I want to have
A telephoto lens for my canon but I don't know which (and they are too expensive for me at the moment)
And e. g.

one of that kind for we can drive to the motorbike events where my friend takes part without borrowing a car everytime.
Picture frames and boxes are just the beginning to learn the techniques. Then we move up to some of the projects like the ones on this site http://ana-white.com/
I wish I was good at stuff like that.
A telephoto lens - yes, please!
Just the little things in life that a photomaniac needs to live, thats all!

Gesine, you should try the site Lens Hero http://lenshero.com/
You write in what kind of camera, select type of lens, and dial in your budget, and it suggests the lenses for you.
Then put the suggestions on your wish list! :)
Mike, your Frosty Morning picture is so good I put it in my 'Favorites' folder on my computer. I hope you are able to add to your Panasonic kit. You "Luckybag"...
@7: Good idea. If I want some new furniture I send you a drawing .- may be you can build it ;-)
@9: Big wish list...
@10: Very good hint. Thank you.
Thank you so much Cris your complement really means a lot to me thanks again.
Gesine, You have to think big because in reality things turn out quite small, as did my wish list, I settled for the batteries :O)
And everyone needs one of these...

You are right Mike. I do need one of those. I just put that on my wish list.
I'll have to get it from Amazon.com though. I have lost too many pounds to buy it from Amazon.co.uk :)
Yes Cris the exchange rate is not good, Well i have learnt me lesson putting sdhc/compact flash cards in my pockets, especially my back pockets they just dont survive,,,so £3.99 is a small price to pay to keep them safe i think :O)
This Porter Cable router is the newest thing on my wish list.
I want the bit set with it too.

Cool Tool indeed Cris ..
As I said Chris: In future we all order our furnitures, frames and so on from you.
Cris's Custom frames :O)
I need to get some wood. I have used up the pine shelf board that I have been making boxes out of. We took down the old shelves in the garage when we got this house and I have been cutting down these extra wide pine boards and sanding off the oxidized layer to get to the seasoned wood grain which is beautiful when polished with ultra fine sandpaper and steel wool.
I need to frame a painting and make myself a microwave oven stand with shelves underneath.
My brother is going to do some large canvas artwork on the garage wall so I can't make sawdust for a while.

I prefer pine to any other wood, i like the knots and the grain plus the deep honey color of old pine, i have a lot of pine in my home...

cris thats for you about table top saws, i used to watch american workshop all the time, they guys make it look so easy, i love to see dovetail joints etc on furniture, i love the smell of wood, its a natural beauty so it is, your boxes are looking good cris , well done
Mike, here is a good link on finishing pine. Too many people either paint it or put on a clear coating of a plastic product. http://www.johnsankey.ca/pine.html
Karen, I watched that show for years and also Norm Abrams from The New Yankee Workshop. The shows were spin-offs from This Old House.
Table saws are loud and scary to use. The material can kick up and back at you or the small piece you just cut off can get picked up by the blade and flung back at your face with a mighty force. Your doing all this while trying to cut the wood accurately and not your fingers with it.
Thanks for the tip. I can use all the help I can get until I master the beast.
Hey Criss thats great, i have sanded down my bannisters real smooth and now have rubbed real bee's wax into them, they look and feel fantastic, I will add a photo of my kitchen which is all hand made pine units, wall kick boards, and ceiling with recessed lighting,,i love it, makes it feel so homely...
