Stumbled across this one - thought you might like it.
An you didn't throw up? I'm impressed!
HuH? me throw up,,,Na dont like parting with anything me....
Oh, you still could have kept it.
Mmm yes right, today i am going to take some photo's, i have not really done any lately only for my facebook page club thingamajig "Pictures Fantastic " a place where anyone can show any image, within reason to the other members, the images dont have to be Fantastic they dont have to Perfect just images that the taker is proud of and wants to share, we do weekly tasks too, its early days yet but its going ok, this weeks task is still life. i gave an example with this image.

What you think dezzie my friend :O) I am thinking of opening a site of my own to grow even further :O)
That's a great photo!
I know the group is going well. I get all the emails. I haven't contributed because my photos are not of high quality, I'm more into editing, and I have been a bit busy. I intended to come and say "hi" once my health stuff is over.
As for a site of your own, that sounds excellent. but what would it be? A place to display images? Or for download?
Thats OK dezzie, my site would be for fun, to show images that you love that might not be a work of art but you want to share and chat...
Well, I think it would be a great idea. It would take it right out of the Facebook environment, which I don't really like. How would you do it. With a free site, or do you have other options?
Think id buy it myself, i hate all the adverts which accompany free sites, drive me mad, We'll see how things flourish anyway and go from there.. :O)
Well, once I get over all my little hurdles, I'd be happy to be join up.
Thats nice to know dezzie, i am starting to get busy again and my time is soaked up, i am starting to paint again after throwing my brush 10 years ago...so many ideas .....
That's fantastic! I always wanted to paint. I used to love watercolours as a child, and then I discovered oils - but we were too poor to afford them back then. There is nothing quite as satisfying as making a picture with your own hands.
You'll have to show us some, Mike.
I shall, i have always painted that's until i had a accident that's when i lost all interest in everything really, photography kept me in touch with art, but i could just not get my head back around my painting :O)
Well, it's like the phoenix rising from the ashes, then. That's wonderful. Are you doing smaller images or great big ones?
Just A4 at the moment, its just getting back into things again..
Well, keep it up! I gave up sketching years ago, in my teens, for a particular reason. I never took it up again. I was never creative, but I could copy a photo quite well. I wish I had continued.
Sorry for not being about much here, but as you know i am other places at the moment, I love the way my grandson has started coming into my little studio and watching me work, i set up a pc for him to work on too, he's got cs2 on his and slowly he's getting to know how things work, he will be much better photographer than me as he already points things out that i miss when we are out with our cameras together, he found a tree that looks like two people kissing, i walked straight past.. bless him he's a good un :O)
They are a blank canvas at that age. That's fabulous. My granddaughters were messing with PhotoImpact when they stayed here, and they were both fascinated. I showed them a few little things, and they caught on so quickly. Oh to have young brain cells again!
I tell somethink for nothing Dezzie, im a blank canvas just of late,,could i remember where i left the car the other day,,,,no blank as a plank i was,, i say thank god for central locking me car was flashin an blinkin like a good un :O)
LOL! I've done that a few times! And it was only last Thursday when I completely forgot where I'd parked the car outside the supermarket. I was pushing my trolley around in the dark trying not to look lost. I finally found the thing. What a relief! In the city I always take note, but I just walked away without the memory sticking.
I'm getting worse with stoves, too. I've ruined so many meals lately. I will turn the heat up high to get the thing going, intending to turn it down. But unless I stand there, I'll just completely forget, and the smaell of smoke or the fire alarms give me the broad hint as to what I've done. I seem to have no short term memory any more.
