We have moved here in Berlin a few days ago, all boxes are unpacked and we are beginning to feel at home. So I thought it might be a nice idea to let you see what it looks like when we look out of our living room window now:

It would be nice to see some of your living room outlooks as well.

Miquel, with such a view from your window there is no reason left to leave the house. Really great!
Jay, that was a nice place, too, but I still think you have improved, and I hope your cat agrees, too :)

Every week I use my camera from my window!.
I like your view too Jay!
Michal, nice of you to let us see where you live :)
You can come and see personally ;P.
My turn then. http://www.margensdoigapo.com.br/site2/components/com_gk3_photoslide/thumbs_big/106489galeria_igapo.jpg
One of those windows is mine. The image is from the Igapó Lake. http://www.margensdoigapo.com.br is a site I made to display both the lake and activities it offers.
:)
Beautiful place Manoel!
I just love seeing all these beautiful places - very exotic to me.
I can't show you what I see from my front or back door, as I have high fences on three sides, so I took some pics OF where I live. I have no proper curtains yet - too poor - so there are sheets and other items at the windows. The garden bed was ruined by the neighbours from hell, who used to park their 4 wheel drive (SUV) in it. These photos were taken straight after lots of days of rain (it rains too much here!) so the ground is messy.
The first one is the front of my place - sort of a villa, but connected to the next place. The second is of the "road" along the front, to the left of my place - no room to even turn a car around, and I have to drag my rubbish bin way into the distance every week. The third is my side garden bed, to the right, and a glimpse of my car port. Very messy. I'll get it tidied soon. I spend half my life fighting weeds.

It looks so quite Dez! Very nice
Your house is lovely, Dez.! All that bushes in your garden are quite beautiful. Is that really a palm tree in front of your place? Palm trees woudn't grown here in Germany because of the icy winters we have from time to time.
Michael and I always wanted to have a cute little house of our own in the countyside, but since we are both no kind of do-it-yourself people, we decided otherwise. So I admire all the people like you, Dez, who have the skill for gardening and things like that.

I like your new digs!
I hope you attract some birds there.
Thanks, all. I'm not responsible for planting the garden, but I will have to care for it. I have some birds around, but a snake jumped up close to my face out of the garden bed last week. Only about two feet long, but I'm sure it was a poisonous one.
Gave me a bit of a scare, but it was just trying to get away, not attack. So, yes, it's warm enough for palm threes through most of Queensland, my state, but it's also nice and warm for death adders, taipans and tiger snakes.
snakes and spiders - fuuu auuu - two scary things beginning with S... Except this aspects you house is lovely Dez :-)
Dez, give that snake some soup so that she has a chance to think about her definition of being poisonous again ;)

Patrycja - what a beautiful view! I'm jealous! Miguel already knows I'm jealous of him. :)
Patrycja, this looks fantastic!
Miguel, your very personal rainbow is a great look, too :)

I just found we have a Google street view down our street. This is our neighborhood and what you would see out of your car window while pulling up to the house.
Ours is the one on the right with the basketball hoop over the garage door. I live in an addition built separately from the main house in the back yard that can't be seen in this shot and is hardly visible from the road.

Cris, your street looks very nice. It seems to be very quiet, no traffic to be seen, just what I like :)

Cris you have got a lot of sun!! Can we exchange a little? I have 220 rainy days in Bergen....
The view from my window...
