WPanorama allows you to display panoramic pictures by letting scroll horizontally or vertically on the screen.
You can use this software to view the gorgeous 360 Swiss panorama included with the program or your own pictures in .jpg or .bmp format.

Microsoft has a program that can take a series of photos and 'stitch' them together into one panoramic view. ICE, Image Composite Editor is free. Have a look at:

Sounds like, once you create a panoramic photo, you can then view it on the site you posted. LOL
