I remain eternally confused by model release requirements, not just at rgb but on many stock sites. The rgb wording on this is unclear in the conditions of use. It reads as if no release is required for images of adults unless they are in sensitive poses. It goes on to say that images of children will not be accepted at all unless there is a model release. Yet there are many images that breach the sites license requirements. Can someone clear this up for me please?

A quick follow on re 'Misska', often rgb's most downloaded image. The tongue in cheek comments on the image reference the fact that the image is all about the body / pose of the model. Sensitive? I would have thought so as the comments, I think, affirm. Just adding to my confusion.
