You either accept that your images may end up supporting sites you don't agree with, or you withdraw them. Or you can open your own site and make the rules very specific. I can't see any other way. I disapprove of all the magic and meditation sites, as well as many religions (not all), but all I can do is if they are using my image outside the licence is I charge them a higher price. Most don't agree to paying that. Otherwise, I just let it go.
I think this is a reason a lot of us have only a few pictures with recognizable people on it. And may be this is one reason for the decrease of downloads here. Because people look for that. When I explain the consequence of the modell release most people I made a picture from said no because they are not professionell modells, who (in my opinion) have to live with this possibility.
It's difficult.
