By the way, I am reading a wonderful book called, "Crazy Like Us" about the Americanisation of mental health symptoms. It's fascinating. The (American) author was at a mental health conference i attended earlier this year, and after hearing him speak, I wanted to buy all his books. That was the only one I could find.
